Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
All sales made on our website are final. Due to the nature of our tabarrukat and gift items, we have a strict no cancellation, no return, and no exchange policy once an order has been successfully placed.
Stock Availability and Refunds
While we strive to keep our inventory updated, there may be instances where a product you ordered is out of stock. In such unfortunate cases, we will notify you immediately. You will be given the choice to either:
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid for that item, or
- Wait for the item, based on the estimated time of availability we provide.
Bulk Orders and Custom Inquiries
If a product you need is currently out of stock, or if you have a requirement in bulk quantities (for Majalis, weddings, or special events), please contact us directly via our provided contact details. We will do our best to arrange it for you.
Pricing (Hadiya) and Transparency
Kindly do not compare the Hadiya (price) of our products with offline stores or any other platforms. The prices mentioned on our website are fully comprehensive and include shipping, service tax, GST, premium packaging, and handling charges. We maintain 100% transparency—there are absolutely no hidden charges added at checkout.
Payment & Order Confirmation
As we currently process payments manually via UPI/Bank Transfer, your order will only be considered “Confirmed” and sent for dispatch after we have received and verified your payment. If payment is not completed and verified within 24 hours of placing the order, the order may be automatically cancelled.
Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibilities
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with an active contact/WhatsApp number. We rely on third-party courier services for deliveries. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by courier issues, or for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
